Writing this review to express my gratitude for employees like YoonKyung. She was extremely patient and thoughtful in answering all of my questions. Solomon should be extremely grateful to have employees like her help their customers.

Solomon Agency Corp. is a very good company that provides you with great service regarding your insurance selection and purchase. Hyaemee Kim (Hemi) was one of the excellent examples, in terms of how excellent, professional, and friendly the employees there are. Hemi helped me complete the entire process of purchasing the car insurance that fit my needs well, with excellent service and professional expertise. Very satisfied with the service in general, and highly recommend it.

Very highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get an insurance policy made. Alice Choi is the best! She was able to make a COI for me in a few short days of notice. Got it approved and I am able to work my new job next week.

Look for Mr. Donny Mok!
He was very professional and understanding of my situation. It is hard to find people like him, so I am really glad that I got a chance to do business with him. I will only look for Mr. Donny from now on.
If only I was able to discover him sooner, I would have had a much better experience looking for all of these insurance quotes.
You will not be disappointed.

Kind, friendly, and caring staff helps you with all kinds of insurance from property and casually to business and personal insurances. I think they now also offer life insurance policies. I have been a customer since the early '90s, and I've never had a bad experience.

Good Morning, I would just like to say that the representative that helped me was amazing, excellent polite and very knowledged. She gave me the best quote on home insurance that I will recommend to my family and friends. I called her Miss Kim that was the name for her from me. So polite. She was so very nice and got back to you right away. She answered all my questions. It was such a nice experience I have to say. I will always call Miss Kim to help me. With any agency needs I need. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to leave one for Hana jo! She was amazing I went to many other agencies before I found her and she was able to help me and helped me save a ton of money too! Definitely recommend going to her.

I used to have my insurance with another agency, but they didn’t help me out a lot. I changed to Solomon Agency and the account executive Hana helped me out a lot. She was really helpful and offered me a very good price on my insurance. Strongly recommend to others!

Although they claim to be professional and thorogh, my experience was anything but. This is not a company you can trust. I was Initially given a written quote by Edward Kim, I reached out not more then a week later to get my binder and pay for the insurance. He then claimed that he have made a mistake, and would not honor the original quote. My advice, take your business elsewhere. Very Unprofessional.
